Standard 2-chamber slide used for faecal Egg Per Gram (EPG) flotation in horses, sheep, cattle, goats and other ruminants. Green grid is on underside of cover.

Count eggs inside and under the grid lines. Add together the numbers of the eggs counted under each of the two grids (always use both grids).
Multiply egg count by 25 e.g. if 21 eggs found 21 x 25 = 525 EPG
