Kyroquat is a highly-concentrated quarternary ammonium compound which is lightly herbal-scented.

Kyroquat

• Contains myristyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride.
• Contains no detergents or colouring matter.
• Is bactericidal and fungicidal against a wide range of organisms.
• When correctly diluted, achieves a 99.9% kill against E.coli, S. aureus and Ps. aeruginosa.

Directions For Use

Use Kyroquat for general disinfection and especially to treat areas where a high bacterial burden is likely to be encountered. Ideal for clinic floors, operating tables, sinks, cages etc.

Dilute 1:50 and leave in contact for at least 10 minutes.

NOTE: For a more powerful effect, Kyroquat can be used undiluted. Not for use on surgical instruments.

Precaution

As with all Quarternary ammonium compounds avoid direct contact of diluted or undiluted solution with skin and eyes. Harmful if swallowed. Treatment for accidental ingestion is symptomatic: emesis and lavage should be avoided but demulcents given if necessary.
