M.U.P.S. lotion

M.U.P.S. lotion is an antiseptic cleansing solution with a proven formula.

Composition
M.U.P.S. Lotion contains 0,25% mercurochrome, 2% sulphanilamide I 0% urea and 45 % propylene glycol (all m/v).

Mode Of Action
Mercurochrome is a mild antiseptic, non-irritant to tissues. Sulphanilamide, in common with other sulphonamides, is an antibacterial, acting as a bacteriostat to inhibit both
Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Urea, a mucolytic, enhances the action of sulphonamides and is also mildly antiseptic. Propylene glycol is hygroscopic and has antimicrobial and antifungal activity. M.U.P.S. cleans, disinfects and removes tissue debris
effectively.

Indications
As a wound cleanser and antiseptic.

Directions For Use
Apply using a swab. Use for cleaning wounds and as a dressing.

Precautions
Avoid getting into eyes or mucous membranes.

Storage
Store in a cool place away from direct light. Keep cap tightly closed

Packing
500 ml and 2,5 litre opaque white polyethylene bottles.
